Just discovered Sam Wilkes and some of his work and bass playing, and arrived to this record. It reminds me a lot to John Hassell/Eno era a bit more jazzy, and all the ambient music from the 80’s. I love it!
Favorite track: IRISH.

This is probably my most listened to album of 2018. As I continue to revisit this project it feels more and more like a truly seminal release for both artists. Hard to process that this recording is largely improvised.
Favorite track: KIEFER NO MELODY.

What a refreshing album of music. There is an overwhelming amount of beauty and heartfelt soul shining off of this record. Sam Gendel is a perfect partner to the compositions throughout. Essential vinyl to have. All the little details...so much glory. sid&molly
